Cancellation Policy

At Zyraedge, operated by Nebyros Veil Stack, we are committed to providing a convenient and seamless shopping experience. Situations may arise where you need to cancel an order; the following outlines the process and conditions. 

Cancellation Before Shipment 

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. 
• To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team via email. 
• Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed. 
• You may, however, return the item after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy. 

Modifying Orders 

• Changes to items or delivery addresses are not allowed after placing an order.
